We provide high quality services, competitive prices and short completion times.
LAMINATING
_________________________________
kaszerowanie
We laminate corrugated cardboard B, C and E flute and solid cardboars with a cover material with a min. basis weight of 170 g (laminating paper with a lower basis weight is possible after testing).
The use of laminating technology allows strengthening of the basic material and maximum personalization of design. It is also a reasonable and cost-effective alternative to complicated printing directly on the corrugated cardboard.
Lamination is standard in the production of Retail-Ready-Packaging and Shelf-Ready-Packaging, signboards, folders etc.
Min. size: 360x360 mm
Max. size: 1300x1100 mm
DIE CUTTING
_________________________________
sztancowanie
We die-cut paper, corrugated cardboard, solid cardboard, paperboard, foil, cork and leather. We provide our customers with a B21collection of hundreds of blanking dies. For custom orders we design blanking dies needed to produce the packaging.
Die-cutting involves punching the material into a specific shape with a blanking die. This technology allows you to cut complex patterns (eg. Puzzle pieces). During cutting the shapes can be grooved (perforated) and creased (locally crushed).
Die-cutting is a widely used technology, especially in the manufacture of folder-type boxes, laminated packagings, decorative packagings, advertising stands, or invitations.
Max size: 1400x1000 mm
FILM COATING

foliowanie
Using plastic film (including film approved for contact with food) we laminate paper, corrugated board and solid cardboard up to B1+ size. We use a hot lamination method combined with glossy and matt films.
Laminating  is a common method of refining and protecting a material's surface against external factors. In addition to increasing its resistance, the laminated surface gains exclusive character.
It is a popular method of refining products which will need to resist scratches. Laminating is also a standard technology for the production of food packaging (coated with a material approved for contact with food) or packages designed to act as advertising (e.g. Retail-Ready-Packagings).
Max width: 820 mm
HOT-STAMPING

Using hot-stamping technology, we can print on solid cardboard, paper, foil and wood. In addition to the visible design, the material can be embossed, giving the final product an elegant character.
Hot-stamping is mostly used for luxury packaging to highlight its details.
THERMOFORMING
_________________________________
termoformowanie
We vacuum press plastics (polystyrene, PVC, PET) 0,1-2,0 mm thick and provide our customers with a collection of hundreds of moulds. For custom orders, we can prepare new moulds needed to produce the packaging.
Thermoforming is a manufacturing process in which flat plastic sheets are preliminarily heated and then formed into a product of a specific shape. By simultaneously sucking out air, the material is fitted tightly to the mold, which is then cooled down.
Being  highly effective process, thermoforming is commonly used in the production of cutlery, jewellery  and medal packaging.
It provides maximum personalisation and - in combination with flocking - a highly elegant design.
Max. size: 640x590 mm
FLOCKING
_________________________________
flokowanie
We cover with flock all kinds of objects made from plastic, wood, textiles, glass, or decorative rubber.
The flocking process involves applying small fiber particles (so called "flock") onto the coated adhesive material.
Flocked surface resembles suede.
Flocking is a method used in the production of cutlery packagings, car equipment (eg. dashboards), furniture and toys.
